I just purchased this liner in store today after swatching it on my hand next to my all time favorite black liner by Stila. I never liked the original Kat Von D liner but this Ultra Ink Liner is THE BOMB.COM. It’s the blackest of black and DOES NOT BUDGE once it’s dry. It’s literally still on the back of my hand after washing my hands with soap and water! Highly recommend!
